Equipment Inc. to suspend the project until an amendment is submitted
No this is not the best way to proceed.
The
Company obviously is conflicted as any suspension of activity on the protocol
could have financial repercussions for the Company. Thus, the decision to
suspend should not be placed in their hands.
Perhaps the IACUC should recommend that the IO suspend the protocol.
