Even though the actions of Dr. Kutter are at issue, it is Dr. Bigdolah's
protocol that was suspended. Thus, it would be appropriate and
necessary for the subcommittee to interview the
PI to determine:
- Why Dr. Kutter was permitted to make changes to the protocol
- If the oversight provided by Dr. Bigdolah to the project was
sufficient or
not.
What else should the sub-committee do?
